SELECTION PROCEDURE
1. Applicants are sourced of the following;
= Existing Talent Bank of Best Group Manpower Agency.
= Refferals from friends, fellow workers, government training centers and Universities / Colleges
= Similar if not same business as recruiting client.
= Job Advertisement in appropriate newspapers read by our targeted candidates.
= Networking with professional headhunters.
2. Resumes are then evaluated and applicants scheduled for pre-qualification interview by our Employment Consultants. Skills outside of the expertise of the consultants-incharge are handled by pre-arranged Consultants on project-hiring basis.
3. Pre-qualification is completed through oral and written examination and in some instances, hands-on testing by an independent skill testing center accredited with our POEA-Labor Office.
4. Consultants pre-qualify atleast 3 candidates per job vacancy which then serve as our final shortlist. Notification is then made to client for scheduling of the final interview and selection.
5. Selected candidates by the client are then required to go through the pre-employment medical/physical test. Only those who pass the test are confirmed selected and made to sign the Employment Contract. Copy of the signed Employment Contract by the selected candidate is then forwarded to client for advance information and confirmation.
6. Contracted candidates are then given a timetable of deployment agreed by Best Group Mrketing Agency and the recruiting principal and each candidate shall commit their best efforts to the agreed schedule. |
